Had some more progress with my false floor setup today, everything is shaped up nicely, just need to mount battery box and finish some 12V work before I can put fridge slide in permanently, pics to follow.

Had some more progress with my false floor setup today, everything is shaped up nicely, just need to mount battery box and finish some 12V work before I can put fridge slide in permanently, pics to follow. Some snaps of the progress so far, 1. 30 amp auto circuit breaker mounted to fuse box to protect cable run to the rear, (6B&S), zero voltage drop on the 5m run. 2. CTEKD250S powering my Fullriver AGM DC85/12 3. Waeco CF50 mounted to base board for trial run, board only secured by strap that anchors around the rear seat bases, will hit some State Forests and check for movement. 4. 12V accessory ports via fuse block to go, then if all is ok mounting wise, ill carpet and bolt slide in. Cheers

I had plans of heading out to Cobbledicks Ford to explore a little more & do a few river crossings, its been raining here over night so the river would have swelled up a little... but then realised it was Friday the 13th today... so changed my mind & stayed my ass at home. I don't have much luck on Friday the 13th, something always happens to me lol.

We have the grandchildren for a couple of weeks so went exploring Sunshine Coast hinterland for some camping spots. Went to Rocksberg and Neurum Creek. Nice swimming holes at Rocksberg and great camping grounds at Neurum Creek. The boys decided 40deg heat was a bit hot to camp so settled for ice blocks.

Big Betsy (yes we have finally named her) had fun today taking us on a display home adventure. We spent all day looking at display homes in new estates... and driving through some "un-touched" land around the Western Suburbs hehehehe, Betsy (and myself) has a heap of fun driving on everything BUT the roads hahahahhaa!
