Hi I have had a check engine light diagnosed as the Add Blue Heater on my 2017 Everest Trend . With a replacement cost of $1200 . As I live in Western Australia and the last time it froze here was in the ice age I can not see the need for a heater. I understand there is a fix by putting a resistor in the circuit ? Has anyone done this repair ? What resistor rating was used and any problems removing the Add Blue tank

Had mine done yesterday under extended warranty at just under 6 years. Very pleased with that as the car originally had only 3 years warranty.

Hello
Just looking for some detail on this topic. Does anyone know if the error code was a P20BA and P204F?

Yay! My 2018 is booked in for a heater replacement under warranty. Will be 6 years old in May.
